1. Please make sure that you will update your site regularly.
2. If you are going on a hiatus, please kindly inform us. BUT no hiatus longer than 45 days (1 and a half months).
3. Must know the basics such as HTML.
4. You must have a site (such as blogspot or freewebs) before applying. Your current site must be well-organized too.
5. Best is if you know how to make your own layout.
6. You cannot use your site for image/video hosting, file storage.
7. Your site must be able to be viewed in all kind of internet browsers.
8. Your site cannot contain any direct linked or stolen content.
9. Your site cannot have the following content. (If these are used, We will give you ONE warning then if not removed immediately, your site will be terminated within a week for security reasons):
- Warez scripts
- Pornography & Distirbing Content/Images
- Hateful Content
- Proxy Scripts
- Outdated Software and Scripts (like cutenews, old version of fanupdate, etc.)
- IRC Bots
- Video or MP3 files (if you want to upload these, please upload them at any uploading sites such as youtube)
- PHPizabi Forums
10. Your Site must be set up within 2 weeks. If can’t, please contact us and let us know.
11. You MUST/HAVE TO check your email very often (in case we want to inform you something very urgent).
12. Please backup your files often. I will not be the one responsible for all your files.
13. You must link LovelyHost back on every pages.

[b]Do you offer Cpanel?[/b]
We are very sorry to tell you that we do not offer Cpanel. You will only get the other features when applying for hosting BUT not Cpanel. Please do keep in mind that we are only hosting subdomains (with no Cpanel). Well, of course, we will host domains only when we have money to buy our own reseller hosting accounts.

[b]What kind of sites do you host?[/b]
Since LovelyHost is just a hosting site where we provide you with subdomain hosting, we accept and host all kinds of sites as long as it is within the Terms & Conditions of the subdomain hosting we are offering.

[b]Can I host other people with my subdomain?[/b]
Sorry, but no! Please be noticed that you won’t be able to host other people is because you will be hosted through a subdomain when applying for subdomain hosting.

[b]Can my site be in other language?[/b]
We are very sorry to tell you that your site can only be in ENGLISH, but not other language.

[b]Can I apply for subdomain hosting if I don’t know anything about FTP or HTML?[/b]
Well, this is a very good question. You can still apply for subdomain hosting if you just don’t know anything about FTP, but if you don’t know anything about HTML, we are very sorry to inform you that you won’t be accepted even if you applied for hosting. HTML is the most basic thing you MUST or HAVE TO know. As we have said, you can still apply for subdomain hosting if you just don’t know anything about FTP, BUT again, it is YOUR responsibility to learn FTP too. You can post a topic at the “Helps, Suggestions, Errors” section in the forum if you need any help in FTP!

[b]How long can I take to have my site open?[/b]
We encourage you to try your best to have your site open as soon as possible. But of course if you are unable to do that, the longest time you can take is 2 weeks after, starting from the day when we sent you informations of your site. If you know that you still can’t set up your site because of some reasons within 2 weeks, please kindly inform us about it. If you never inform us and you took more than 2 weeks to set up your site, then we are sorry to tell you that we will delete your site away as we think that it is an inactive site.

[b]Is my site powered by WordPress?[/b]
It depends according to what your site is used for. If your site is a personal blog, resources site, etc, then YES, we will help you to install wordpress and sent you informations of your wordpress account. If your site is a forum, of course we will help you to install a forum.
